Habituate Me

If you want to lose weight and get healthier. You need Consciously to take care of yourself.

Create the habits and get the mindset of a person who really believes their health is important.

Losing weight and becoming someone who takes care of your self is a learnable skill.

• What behaviours are keeping you where you are now?
• What do you truly want to become?
• What steps are necessary to achieve that change?
• How do you recognise when you’re not being true to your goals, and how do you get back on track?
This program isn’t a quick fix for all life’s problems. It is a structured approach to losing weight, and achieving and maintaining better health.

1. Permanent Change Requires a New Mindset: To achieve and maintain health, one must not only change physically but also mentally. It’s not about being an overweight person in a healthy body; it’s about becoming a healthy person overall, with the mindset and habits to match.
2. Awareness of Actions, Thoughts, and Feelings: Success comes from being aware of what we do, think, and feel in the moment. Without this awareness, we risk falling back into old, unhealthy habits.
3. Purpose-Driven Change: True, lasting change must be meaningful to you. Finding a purpose that resonates deeply can pull you through difficult times when motivation wanes.
4. Comfort and Discomfort: Both change and staying the same can be uncomfortable. The key is to recognize which discomfort will lead to long-term well-being and happiness.
5. Self-Honesty and Responsibility: Change is a personal journey. Being honest with yourself is crucial. This program encourages self-awareness and personal responsibility, focusing on what you can do now to move towards your goals.
6. Five-Week Program Overview:
• Values Exploration: Understanding your values around health and weight loss.
• Behaviour Creation: Developing exercise and eating habits that fit your life.
• Building Confidence: Learning to trust yourself in maintaining your health.
• Moment-to-Moment Attention: Paying close attention to your actions and being honest with yourself.
• Relentless Self-Care: Persistently taking care of yourself, even when it’s challenging.

Become more conscious of your actions.

We can learn to pay attention to the behaviour that isn't serving us.
Then we can interrupt it.

Looking after yourself becomes normal.

Why would you not look after yourself? Bit by bit you can build a really healthy new self.

"What I once put off, I now just do."

What you used to procrastinate over. You can learn to just get on with. A little bit at a time.

Doing a little bit at home

Tackle the problem one piece at a time.

Change need not be overwhelming. We can break it down into small actions. Maybe you need to change less than you think.
